The frame and disc are constructed from high-quality galvanized steel sheet and finished with a powder coating in RAL9010,RAL9016,RAL9003 colors. The disc is attached to the frame via a threaded rod.
Airflow is adjusted by moving the regulating cone upward or downward (+A or -A). An optional foam gasket around the back of the frame provides an airtight seal to prevent air leakage.
These versatile valves are suitable for supply, exhaust, and general ventilation applications. Air disc valves are ideally suited for air distribution systems handling relatively low airflow rates within small circular ductwork.
They can be mounted in walls, ceilings, or exposed ducts using mounting rings. These valves are particularly recommended for exhausting greasy and humid air in damp areas such as toilets, bathrooms, and kitchens.

Disc valves are a popular alternative to ceiling diffusers, primarily used for ventilation. Airflow through the valve can be adjusted by rotating the disc clockwise or counterclockwise, which alters the free area between the disc and the frame.
Their simple yet aesthetic design makes disc valves a preferred choice among architects and building owners for toilets, bathrooms, and damp-area ventilation. Available in diameters ranging from 80mm to 200mm, they are also easy to install.
