Activated carbon fiber felt features small and uniform micropores with a simple structure. It exhibits fast adsorption rates and high adsorption capacity for small-molecule substances, while also allowing for easy desorption. The desorption speed is notably high—for example, complete desorption can be achieved by treating ACF with hot air at 120–150°C for 10–30 minutes. It possesses excellent heat resistance, withstanding temperatures above 1000°C in inert gases and having an ignition point above 500°C in air. It is also resistant to acids and alkalis. Customized dimensions are supported, with a conventional size of L595 × W595 × H46 (mm). The frame material is available in two options: galvanized steel frame and aluminum alloy frame.
